Fr. Daniel is the provincial of the Province of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. He entered the province in 1978, professed his first vows in 1980 and solemn vows in 1985. He was ordained to the priesthood in 1988. He completed his undergraduate studies at Georgetown University and theological studies at the Catholic University of America. He studied at the International Center of Teresian/Sanjuanist studies in Avila, Spain and completed his STL degree at the University of Salamanca, Spain.

He served his province as novice director, as well student director. In 2015 at the General Chapter, he was elected to the General Definitory in Rome where he served the Order for six years. In 2022, he elected provincial and resides at the National Shrine of Mary Help of Christians, Hubertus, WI.
