Fr. Michael Berry, OCD was installed as Provincial of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Province in July 2020. A native of the metropolitan New York area, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English from the College of William and Mary in Virginia and a Master of Divinity degree from Catholic Theological Union in Chicago. He made his first profession of vows at Holy Hill in July 2000 and was ordained priest at St. Florian Church in Milwaukee in June 2006.
Fr. Michael has previously served the province in the roles of vocation director, postulant director, student master, prior, and provincial councilor. He has given numerous retreats and conferences to the Discalced Carmelite nuns and seculars, as well as to priests and seminarians.
