The Carmelite order offers a rich history and spirituality that over the centuries has accompanied countless Christians on their journey to Christ. The offer still stands today – but the question is how Carmel can speak to young people in our time most effectively. This webinar will attempt to ponder the nature and challenges of youth-oriented ministry in light of Carmelite spirituality. We will look at faith and its developmental stages, youth engagement, commitment, and conversion, specifically based on the two hallmarks of Carmelite spirituality: prayerfulness and prophetic response.
